What is Isochronic tone?
Isochronic tone is a single tone of pulsed sound that based upon studies conducted between 1970 and 2012 shows propensity to change cognitive behavior as well as temporarily alter brain waves.
It was shown to help enhance cognitive functions (via gamma wave stimulation), improve academic achievement via beta wave simulation. It was also known to reduce anxiety (With Delta Wave simulation) and help with relaxation after theta wave simulation.
When used properly it seems to a powerful tool to put our mind in a state to enhance our mind to maximize productivity. Think of it as a brain hack to get us to our potential. Enjoy!
