Courage and Fear
When we look at someone who overcome fear, we assume they are fearless. Definition of fearless is without fear according to Dictionary.com.
But courage is not an absence of fear according to Mark Twain. Resistance to fear and even more so the mastery of fear is what defines courage. This is heartening since all of us have dealt with some form of fear.
Only thing that separates those who are courageous vs those tremble in fear is how they deal with it. It is OK and normal to feel fear.
Lets embrace it and use to make us better.
